Mike Wilson, M.Ed., LPCC, QMHP – Clinical Director
Our Clinical Director, Michael Wilson M.Ed., LPCC, QMHP is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 17 years of experience providing mental health services and crisis interventions to a diverse range of clients with mental health issues. He is a board member of the Brain Injury Alliance of Kentucky and has served as President of the South Central Kentucky Chapter. Along with his dedication to the Mental Health field and Brain injury population he is an active member of the community serving on various boards and coaching youth sports.
Morgan Sandusky, RN., BSN – Nursing Coordinator
Morgan Sandusky, our Nursing Services Coordinator, joined the Modern Care team in July of 2016. She graduated from the University of Louisville in 2013 as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to joining our team, she was a Pediatric RN at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, KY for two and a half years. She recently moved back to her hometown of Lebanon, Kentucky and purchased her first home! She is so happy her new career path has given her the opportunity to move back home and be part of such a special, close knit team.
Paula Milby – ADT Administrative Coordinator
Paula Milby, our ADT Administrative Coordinator, joined the Modern Care team in August 2015. She has held numerous positions in healthcare, education, manufacturing, quality control, environmental health and safety as well as human resources since 1985. Paula has been a resident of Taylor County, Kentucky for most of her life. She and her husband Earl have two children, Blake, a high school history teacher and Hannah, a senior nursing student. Paula enjoys spending time fishing and boating at the lake with her family and also traveling with her husband.
